Health Information Center

It's true - not only do women spend more time on their own health care than men, but women generally make most of the health care decisions for their families. The Health Information Center is here to provide information so that wise decisions are made. Anyone looking for health and wellness information is invited to visit the Center or call for information to be mailed - free of charge and without referral or appointment.

All materials have been reviewed and approved for public viewing by a panel of local physicians.

The average length of DVDs/videotapes are 15 to 20 minutes.

DVDs/Videotapes may be viewed only at the Center in one of the available private viewing rooms.

Pamphlets are available to take home for personal reference. A limit of 10 pamphlets can be mailed per request.

Teen's and children's dvds, videotapes and pamphlets are also available.

Click on the following link for additional reference material which offers in-depth information not listed using the Gale Group Online Health & Wellness Resource Center.
